For Microsoft Germany, we at WOA developed a concept to simplify the briefing for dialogue marketing via postal mailing in the preparation phase. In a modular system – like a toolbox, all possible mailing elements were defined as options. On this base, the product management was able to put together an individual postal mailing quickly and specifically. Based on these briefing informations, we creatively designed a postal mailing, realised it completely and sent it to the desired target group.
