Frankfurter Sparkasse is one of the largest savings banks in Germany with total assets of around 21 billion euros and over 1,500 employees. It provides all important processes (online and offline) in the area of banking for companies, entrepreneurs, founders and private individuals.

Mission

For the Frankfurter Sparkasse, we organised a hybrid event on the topic of "Successful Founding" in cooperation with the Hessian Founders' Award. Experts and founders gave young start-up founders tips for their business. With the event as a hybrid event, we created the platform to give a large number of interested people the opportunity to participate in the event and the exciting content. On site with a limited number of participants (due to hygiene regulations), but unlimited via livestream. The viewers in their home offices or offices had the opportunity to ask their own questions through the use of interactive online elements. As event agency, we delivered a complete package - conception, organisation, accompanying communication, technical realisation up to the finished livestream with directing and on-air design.

The chances of hybrid events

Since it has become difficult to plan larger events due to the uncertain development of the Corona pandemic with constantly changing hygiene measures, these hybrid events are recommended. They allow you to invite a limited number of visitors on site and at the same time broadcast the event online and reach a large number of people despite the limited number of visitors.
